Healthy Agar Pudding With Jaggery & Coconut Milk

This Recipe Is A Healthier Version Of The Previous Agar Agar Dessert

What You Need

10 gm China Grass Soaked In 3/4 Cup Water For At least 15 Minutes & Then Boiled At Low Till The Agar Agar Has Completely Dissolved Two Cups Coconut Milk You Could Use Fresh Coconut Milk Or Even The MAGGI Coconut Pwd 1/2 Cup Grated Jaggery A Tsp Cardomom Pwd In Another Pan Boil The Other Ingredients & Then Combine Both Together & Strain.

While Its Setting,The Separation Is Normal
