Y’all Fancy Some Home Made Ginger Snaps With A Tall Black

:::::Easy Home Made Ginger Biscuits :::::::

You Will Need

  • 250g Butter at Room Temperature
  • 1 &1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon Pwd
  • 3 tsp Ginger Pwd
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • Approximately two cups or more all purpose flour to form dough

Step One : Beat butter and sugar till nice and fluffy

Step Two : Add in eggs and beat again

Step Three : Now add in the Honey,spice powders and baking soda.Combine Well

Step Four : Finally add in the flour and form a dough

Step Five : Chill for at least an hour or so before use.Best if made ahead and chilled overnight specially with this humidity the dough tends to melt away

Step Six : Scoop and place on a lined baking tray while spaced out

Step Seven : Bake in a preheated oven at 180’ for about 15 minutes or until they look nice and crisp

If you cannot access ginger powder,use fresh ginger extract by blending fresh ginger and strain the juice out with no water.Use a few tbsp to infuse ginger into the cookie dough

This turned out to be such a crowd pleaser and didn’t last longer than a day in the cookie jar
