First She Wanted A Choc Cake

Then She Says We Should Make It Yellow

Change Of Mind Again & She Can’t Decide So We Came To A Conclusion That We Combine Both Choc & Her Yellow Obsession .
Anyway,This Is Final Product Inspired By @nigellalawson Easy Chocolate Cake With A Swirl Of Yellow Cake

But Instead Of Doin A Regular Choc Icing I Made A Coffee Infused Choc Custard Which Balanced Out The Sweetness So Well & Turned Out To Be A Favorite Amongst The Kids As Well

?For The Coffee Infused Custard:
1 Litre Fresh Milk
3/4 Cup Sugar/Milk Maid
Instant Coffee Pwd 4 Tbsp
100g CornFlour Mixed With Some Water
Heavy Cream/Nestle Cream 100ml(Optional)
Vanilla Extract

Boil The Milk With Coffee & Sugar.When The Milk Mixture Comes To A Boil,Slowly Pour In The CornFlour Slurry & Keep Mixing Till It Thickens Up Into A Beautiful Glossy Custard.Add In Vanilla,Heavy Cream.It Does Thicken As It Cools Too But If You’re Spreading It Over The Cake MakeSure It Is The Right Consistency.
This Custard You Could Even Serve It On The Side.Or Just Enjoy It As A Dessert On It Own,It Is So Easy To Make But Tastes Really Good??????

?The Chocolate Custard The Recipe The Base Is Exactly The Same As The Coffee Infused Custard But An Addition Of Ritzbury Dark Chocolate 400g Once The Custard Is Made.
And Add In 4 Tbsp Cocoa Pwd Into The CornFlour Slurry Before Adding It Into The Boiling Milk.
